You need to call up the Audigy's EAX Control Panel and turn up the master reverb slider. Then you also need to turn up the reverb send in your sequencer. But increasing the master reverb may also give you reverb you don't want on the other sources (CD, Wave file playback, etc.). Following is a little piece I wrote explaining how to control the reverb on SB Live and Audigy cards.

======================
One problem many people have with the SB Live's Environmental Audio effects is that adding reverb to enhance MIDI playback also adds reverb to audio playback too, which is usually not welcome. Blame the lame Creative docs for not explaining this, but it is indeed possible to have reverb and chorus effects on MIDI playback, and not on Wave playback or on the CD and SPDIF inputs. Here's how to do it:
1. Launch the Environmental Audio (EAX) program.
2. Select the Source tab.
3. For every source listed in the drop-down list box, set Reverb and Chorus to 0%, but leave Original Sound at 100%.
4. Select the Master tab and set the Reverb and Chorus to 30-100% or whatever you want. (The Audigy uses dB. values, but moving the slider to the right still increases the effects.) These settings now serve as master "returns" for the reverb and chorus effects for the "A" and "B" MIDI synthesizers.
5. Type a new name such as "My Environment" in the Environment box at the very top, then click the disk icon to save it. I use the name "_Default" so the leading underscore will keep it at the beginning of the list.
Now you can control the amount of reverb and chorus for each track in a sequence using the standard controllers for those effects. (Reverb is Controller 91 and Chorus is Controller 93.)
