Jazz, easy listening, but with a beat.

Drums, bass, guitars. That's it.

Real drums, but not me.

I use a few different suppliers of drum loops, mostly Beta Monkey.

Basically, I set the temp in my software (Guitar Tracks), import the drums, fills, etc. and modify the heck out of them. Add samples, etc.

I've tried so many different drum sources (machines, software, electronic drums, etc.) but I just can't do it. I'm not a good drummer.

So, yes, the drums are real, but they're not me.

I do the bass and guitars. It's very simple. I don't have a lot of technical skill or creative ability.

I'm about twenty years behind the curve, but it's a creative outlet, and that will have to do.
