I have a Samson C01 and a pair of Samson C02's. I must say I quite like the C02's, especially on acoustic guitars and drum overheads. The C01 doesn't blow me away, but it has been useful on one or two things where I've needed an extra condenser. It's usually not a problem, but I do sometimes find them (the C01 and C02's) to be a little noisy when I have to use them on quiet sources.
Does anyone know of a mod that can be done on any of these mics that will enhance them?
