Oh, and I was holding the mic in my hands and maybe in the beggining too close It is recorded very quiet but I have forgotten to turn the sound up for that momnet.
I'm assuming you've ruled out the obvious things like actual noise in the environment (nearby air vents, loud computer case fans, etc.)....
If you're using a laptop, you might be able to reduce certain types of noise by unplugging your laptop from the wall and running on battery, depending on the make and model of laptop. Beyond that, there's usually no way to solve noise problems with USB condensers except to sell them and get better hardware. USB condenser mics universally use unbelievably cheap electronics and tend to be quite noisy compared with using a normal condenser mic with even an inexpensive USB interface like a US-122L ($130). If you just got this mic, my advice would be to send it back while you still can. Failing that, there's always eBay.
