Well i dont know where else to ask about this so i do it here: Could anyone tell me where i can find free samples of spoken dialogues from films,telephone conversations,voicemail or anything like that?? And to have the right to use them of course.Am i asking too much?

Far safer to record your own and then use EQ or a bitcrusher-type plugin to make them sound low-resolution (lots of folks ask how, use the Search to find the answers.)

Anything else pre-recorded will get you into gray areas of copyright...

I agree, record your own. Although a sample of a classic movie is much cooler than an imitation of it. If you have a certain dialog you need, then record it yourself.
http://www.archive.org is a good place to look, and they tell you the conditions of the copyright if any. If you ask really nice I might let you have my horror movie sample set.
