I'm a beginner, how do I get loops and samples, from DVD's & download's, into my Cubase/DAW program?
I got the DVD-rom "MegaPack" that came with Cubase, (it has all these wonderful vst-instruments, samples and loops that I don't know how to work!) I can't figure out how to get the downloaded files into the DAW mixer. I don't know whether to "open", "explore", "copy & paste", "drag & drop" etc...the file.
If someone could give me a basic step by step, from DVD to channel-input, it would be great!
I know it's basic stuff but I've only had a computer a couple years and I'm lost.
