I have downloaded and am trying to register it. Does anyone know where the serial number for the product is?

Where did you get it from? S/N are usually found under Help/About.

The strange thing is I have installed the program but can't open it from my start menu or through Adobe Audition (it is a dark grey colour).

Info you can use...
Adobe Audition does not support VST instruments, just VST effects.

lol great. Well what do you reccomend my next move is. I want to put a range of instruments in songs, violin, cello, piano... I dont have access to these instruments.
