Thanks Dogman. I just cant seem to get my voice high enough at times. And when I do sing more agressive, Im all over the place. I did work on "Adams Apple" with your track on it. I have a few more plugins to try before posting it again.

Use Melodyne ;)

I almost bought it today. I went to Sam Ash, Guitar Center and Music-go -Round today. Shopping !!!!!! Bought a new Hartke VX3500 Bass Combo, a DBX Crossover, another snake, and a used Peavey 5150 guitar cab (it cried out to me), cable, pics, strings. Had a fun time.

I was really happy that you did this tune. As a listener, I know it inside and out, but never tried to play it.

I think you did a really good job with the drums and the myriad of changes throughout the song. Bass playing is pretty cool too.

The guitar has more of a high-midrange rock distortion going on as opposed to the lower-midrange, almost grunting sounds of the original. But I think you already acknowleged the difference.

Anyway, I don't really care if it sounds exactly the same as I could always listen to the original if I wanted that. It is way cool that you got the whole thing down like you have.

As for the vocals...as I think you are aware, they are pretty pitchy...flat, I think, a lot of time...which is too bad because I think your voice sounds great for this tune. Also, how did you treat the vocals? I absolutely think you nailed the sound of the processing used on the original...startling, really...please share what you did?

Thanks. The vocals were ran through a doubler vst with a little pitch shift and delay on one of them. They were done in a couple takes and I need to redo them when I get a chance, because of pitch. :) I may try to get out in my studio tonight. I need vent some frustration and playing always settles me down. I posted a thread in Jenni's Place about my nephew who is in ICU becaused of a head trauma. He was attacked over on campus at Ohio State and its been hard on my whole family. We are all very close. Please keep us in your thaughts and prayers.
