running delta44 with 1010 in same computer

so basically right now im running an maudio deta44 pci in my system, I just purchased the maudio1010 pci, what i would like to do is just install the 1010 right into the system enabling me to use the 44s and 1010s inputs...now im pretty sure these cards cannot be sync'd, i understand this..as it is right now im running the delta44 with a tascam usb600 input, so what i do is after i record my tracks i have to move the tracks recorded from the tascam so they line up with the tracks recorded from the delta44..i know, pain in the ass, but i got it down pretty good

so my question is
with the delta44 already installed and working in the system can i just add the 1010card and install its drivers to my system ?
or do i need to uninsatall the delta44 driver and run them both off one driver ?
or is this not possible at all ?

I'ts been a while since I used my LT 1010's but you can run 2 of those in the same
computer. So I would imagine you could run a Delta 44 and a 1010LT in the same
unit. I checked m-audio site and it looks like they use the same driver.

You may not even have to load another driver if it uses the exact same driver.
Note the user interface may look no different between cards but you should
see a little checkbox to switch between them for making adjustments.

its actually the 1010 not the 1010lt, i did talk to maudio support ...very rude and unhelpful, he basically told me i cant run delta44 with any other pci card at once using both inputs only inputs from one and outputs from other....when i told him i do this(delta44 and via ENVY) 6 inputs total, and it it works.. he copped an attitude, and was basically like "do what ever you want then" , i did ask if i run them(44 and 1010) off same driver, he answered again with atttude as if i had no clue saying each card runs off its own driver...anyways im not sure i want to put to much stock in what this guy says..so im here..and ty again
