Running cables to garage

Hoping to build a house this year and thinking ahead...

Obviously I've tried to get some space inside for a small studio but plan to put noisy stuff in the garage, drums, guitards etc
The garage will be free standing about 5mtrs from the house and at the diaganal opposite end of the building (just the way it works out)
I'm obviously gonna run power ot but thought I could run a multicore aswell and a couple of cat 5 justy incase...

Any suggestions of what to do with the cable?
Do I get armoured cable (it wont be under any roads)
Do I fit all the cables in 1 conduit? Power / cat 5 / multicore?
I want to try and future proof it, so would like to be able to pull new cables through if I needed?
Any recommendations as to the product to use?

Ideas?

Just on basic sense, if it was me, I would use a pair of conduits and run the power separate from the audio/com lines with a little distance between them.

You can pull a single multi-core audio line...but since it will be outside and running through a conduit, you might be better off with a few smaller multi-core cables instead of one huge one. Audio cable in a permanent install rarely goes "bad" just laying there, and it's usually the ends/connectors if anything...but with an outdoor/conduit run...you never know.

Keep the pull-line in the conduit for future needs.
