running a mix from pc thru mixer

I'm not sure how dumb htis question will sound.. so it's here.

If I've recorded a few tracks from my mixer to my pc (let's say I've got a 4 output sound card and a 4 input mixer) can I run those tracks from the pc into the mixer again and run a line out of the mixer bak into the computer to mix down? That is. use the mixer to manually mixdown the tracks? Or wil lI get some sort of feedback?
 
yep, it will work. just make sure you have ts where ts goes, and trs where trs goes, balanced where balanced goes, and unbalanced where unbalanced goes.

EDIT: I accidentally said nope instead of yep at the beginning. sorry
