Roxul Rockboard 60 vrs. OC 703 2 inch

Is Roxul Rockboard 60 much different acoustically then OC 703 2 inch? according to the acoustic numbers, it is almost virtually the same amount of absorbtion across the board except the at 125 hz it was even better than the 703. Why is Roxul Rockboard much cheaper? Will it still do the trick?
 
Rockwool/mineral wool in general is less expensive than 703 primarily because it is made from waste material from other manufacturing processes. Not sure which Roxul 60 you're referring to - there are several of them with very different numbers.

In general, they'll be the same down to around 100hz and then lower, the higher density materials will do a bit better inch for inch.

703 is considerably stiffer and IMO easier to work with if you're going to DIY. It cuts easier and cleaner too. It's a matter of tradeoffs.
