I am just wondering if I am doing anything stupid with what I have, please take a moment and help me here.
keyboard>>mackie stereo in>>alt out to soundcard
guitar>>joemeek (with RNC inserted)>>Soundcard>>POD Pro's line-in>>Soundcard via S/PDIF
Bass>>Joemeek (with RNC inserted)>>soundcard
Mics>>Joemeek&Mackie pres>>alt out to card
Questions:
1)Does that look about right?
2)Should I use DI boxes for my keys? If so, what difference does it make?
3)I record dry guitar tracks first with Meek, then send back to POD for re-amp-modeling during mixing. Bad move?
