routing effects in Cubase (for compression)

Hi

I'm using SX and would like to compress the reverb I have on a snare track.

I tried setting up the send effect to be routed to a different bus, but my basic soundcard only has one bus.

Is there another way to do this?

hi midge!

the way i help me in this case is:
i record the reverb to a stereo-track and apply the comp to the inserts. i couldn't find any send-fx-returns to channels in sx till now, the programm doesn't offer this option (what a pity).
the good in it is that the snare reverb won't use any cpu-power anymore once it's bounced to an audiotrack.

routing the fx to another bus won't solve the problem if you don't have an outboard-comp (no inserts in busses...)
