There's less than 5 hours use on this recorder. Bought as brand new unopened A-stock (not a floor model or open-box special). I have original box, manuals, software, everything that came with it. UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY UNTIL SEPT. 05. In any case, machine works flawlessly and has latest OS 2.05 (had 2.03 when I purchased).
