Hi there,
Just bought a Roland TD3 sound module and want to use it with MIDI and rewire to trigger Reason's Redrum.
Most of the sounds the TD3 creates are outside the C1 - C2 octave so don't triger any sounds in redrum.
I only have one pad right now as input for the TD3, but it doen't seem to like it when I try and change the MIDI note number for each pad: nothing changes.
Is there any way I can re-route redrum for midi input so I can trigger every sound from the TD3.
Or is there some way of changing midi mapping(?) in PT to reflect this?
I know I could record a midi track then manually change each BD, SD onto the right note, but that defeats the purpose of buying the TD3: ease of playing in kit parts!
Any help gratefully appreciated!
Cheers,
Andrew
