Roland Studio Pack Pro

It doesn't seem too bad for the price, but you could buy separate components for the same price or less (I hate integrated "solutions" too).

The other thing is, although Roland is a good name, I don't know anything about the quality of the converters this package has, or what the pre's are like - that would make me a bit skeptical, or at least make sure you hear from a boat-load of happy users before you plunk down the cash.
