Roland SC 880

I am about to purchase a used Roland SC 880 synth to be used with Cakewalk PA9. This will take the place of my old midi card (Roland SCC-1)

My question is:

How can I make cakewalk recognize all the new sounds that I'll get with the SC 880 and is this going to be a major hassle?

Access is the same for each extra bank. Bank selection (as well as other parameter adjustments) is just a sys message sent to the Canvas. Plenty of Software available that does this in a friendly, no funky hex #s format. The place to go for specifics about this upcoming transition to the new Canvas is the Sound Canvas Users Group. (SCUG)
