Roland D50

I have just picked up a Roland D50 on which the battery was let expire. Does anyone know how I can get the original patches, or any patches at all, back on the synth.

Thanks for your reply Altitude. Being a person who is dreadful with computers, maybe you might tell me how to get these patches from a computer on to the synthesizer. Cheers :confused:
 
You will need a midi interface (If you have anything with a game port, then you already have one, then u just need this ) which is usually USB.

Then u need software that will allow SYSEX data to be sent to that midi port which will be connected to the midi in/out on the D50. The best midi software in the world happens to be free: Midiox .

You then just click on the .syx file and it will open a window to send it
