The Rode Customer (Tech) support is the BOMB. I had a problem with my Classic and they had me send it in to get it fixed at no charge (except shipping there). The only problem with it was the mic cable, which they replaced, again at not charge. This is really AWESOME service since I got the mic USED a number of years ago. They said they would rather have their products up and working rather than nickel and dime people for little repairs.
