Rocktron Intellifex LTD, is it any good?

Some guy is selling me a Rocktron Intellifex LTD effects rack for guitar for $150. Does anybody know if the effects it has are decent at all? I wonder if it could also be useful applied to vocals and other instruments as well...

Pretty fair.... those units priced in the $1200 range when they first came out.....!
