The new dbx stuff suffers from comparason to the old stuff.

But their BLUE line is MUCH better looking than any of the old stuff!!!

I purchased a RNC about a month ago and am totally pleased with it. It sounds great on drum overheads and bass, just as you would expect. Very clean and easy to use. I'm actually in the process of saving up to get a second one...
