I downloaded this on Saturday and tested it with an AC/DC song and one of my own originals, and it works. It only does major and minor chords but still it's pretty handy as long as you don't expect it to transcribe the changes to 'Tea Leaves'. :)

it has slow down, pitch change, chord diagrams. Pretty slick for free. Works for windows and mac
 
Nice! This appears to be a full copy and not a demo. If it runs out after a few days I will come back an notify.
