Reverse Panning?

so i had a friend send me a mix of his so i could mix it. the thing is,when i'm listening to the mix, everything seems to be panned to the right, although my screen in reaper says its in the center... how could i fix this?

Could he have recorded mono sources to stereo tracks the whole time...?

sorry. fixed it now. i had to right click and click downmix to mono
