Reverb, Delay and Echo

Hi well I am going to some Production classes and I was asked about the timing of Reverb, Delay and echo.
Does someone has a clue? I think echo is from 50 to 100 ms. Do u guys know about the other two?

They're sort of different things really... variations yes, but I don't think there's a set rule for what "delay" applies to what..

A friend of mine who believes everything he reads on the internet as gospel truth tried to tell me that he read for a fact that *a duck's quack doesn't echo* I called him out on it.
