Revalver Blues...

I have to say Im not at all impressed with Cakewalk these days. I ordered Revalver from them on oct.12 by download. Long story short, the serial number they provided me is somehow bunk so the software doesnt work. Nearly three weeks later Im still trying to resolve this. Their customer service is difficult at best to reach, and now I have to print out a form, fill it out, mail it back, and wait for someone to contact me. ITS ALREADY BEEN THREE WEEKS AND IT TAKES THEM FOUR OR FIVE DAYS TO RESPOND TO AN E-MAIL!!!

Ive been very happy with all the Cakewalk stuff Ive purchased in the past, even the tech support has been great,but this ordeal has turned me quite sour.

Lesson learned?? Only buy softawre that comes in a box? Dont buy second hand software from Cakewalk? Or maybe its go buy amplitube 2. That looks tight!!
