Hello all...
I am returning to home recording after quite a few years away. I am not familiar with any software. The last home recording I did was with an 8 channel cassette recorder/mixer. I am quite familiar with live sound mixing, though.
I want to set up an all-in-one recorder, mixer. It doesn't have to have a cd burner, as I am assuming that I can record to a wav file???? If the easiest to operate has a burner, fine.
My main concern is ease and speed of operation. I want it simple, simple, simple. It doesn't have to be state of the art, as I am just producing semi-rough demos.
I will be recording using a keyboard - probably a Yamaha PSR-550-B or such, and adding a micd guitar and 2-3 vocal tracks.
Any advice and help here would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
