Rendering tracks

Hi. Can you tell me how to render two different tracks in the same time into two different wav files without bleed on each other. In the Cockos Reaper i can do that by change master mix on stems and then select two tracks and render.

file-export- look for the 'batch export button' top left, select the file format e.t.c and the tracks you want to export, then click on export and boom it should work, obviously make sure you choose a folder though and you know where the tracks are.
