I wouldn't worry about the rust for now...if/when you put them into service you can fire a motor up and use part of a ScotchBrite pad to shine up the shaft while the shaft is spinning, or if the tail of the shaft is exposed you can wrap the tail in painter's tape, chuck it up in a hand drill and spin the shaft that way and polish up the nose.
Those motors have sealed cartridge bearings so nothing to lube.
Put each one in a ziploc freezer bag with some of those dessicant packets, box 'em up and bask in the knowledge that you have spares.
