Is anyone recording yamaha dtxpress electronic drums. I just got a set and would like to record the audio out not the midi. whats the best way to put this into my computer? using sonar and an sb audigy card running the output directly to the soundcard input. what ive tried so far seems to lack the real punchy sound on the recorded track. If I increase the input it clips before the sound is captured as it sound out of the amp. I did a search but could not find any help.
