Recording using the alto L12 with the Tascam DP-02

I was successfully recording using the mics plugged into the L12 then cabled into the DP-02 to do the recording and this was working but I stepped away for a month or so and I cannot record anything now. Can someone suggest how my cabling should be set up? Thank you.
