did anyone happen to catch what's going on with Dr. Pepper and the band Cartel?
it's called "band in a bubble"
The band has to record their entire album in 20 days in a glass bubble. The bubble is under surveillance (23 webcams) 24hrs a day. THEY CAN'T LEAVE EITHER. I know alot of you guys won't know who they are (or care for their music for that matter,) but I think it's definitely going to be interesting.
It just sucks that you have to buy a doctor pepper to watch the webcams...
Although it may be a huge marketing ploy, they are making history with this. I think it will be really cool to basically "sit it" on the sessions whenever you'd like and see how things are going... and for us recording nerds, maybe some specifics of what exactly is being done?
