I have an Aardvark Q10

Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherry Sunburst
Fender Strat Deluxe, Texas style Pickups

Dell Pentium II R400
384MB SDRAM

What is the best software to use, I also want to have drums.

Sonar of course!

Normally I would recommend Sonar but in your case with you using a PII 400 you might want to consider something like this and save your quarters to build a faster machine down the road. I know there are people around here who use N-Tracks.

Cool Edit Pro seems to work better with older machines.....

I thought the Q10 was bundled with Cakealk Pro Audio 9, and that would work just fine on a PII 400.
