Thanks to "drstawl" who answered my previous post. You suggested I use the line out sockets on my Hi-Fi, but I don't have any on the amp. Is this normal? I have a Denon DF10 that cost (for me) an arm and a leg, and I'm surprised I'm missing this function. Anyway, I tried using the line out sockets on the individual components, but I assume it didn't work because I need to go through an amp? Sorry, I am not a Hi-Fi buff, I just know what I like. :-) Is there another approach I can take? TIA!

The outputs on the amp should go to your speakers only, unless you also have some additional outputs at "line level". Don't run the speaker outs to your sound card; this will fry it! Components like a CD player or tape player usually have line level outputs
that will work directly into your soundcard.
