I'm trying to record my bass tracks using the lexicon Mpx 200 multi effects processor on to audio desk. I've tried several settings on compression and it does even out the tones but I can't seem to get it the sound right, its not very up front and punchy which is how I would like it. Anyone have any tips for recording bass using the mpx 200?? Any help would be great. (I hope this is the right topic to post under, if not I apologies. Thanks.
