Recording 2 sources with Line6 UX-1 into REAPER

Guys,

I have a little recording session coming up with a friend of mine.

What I will be recording is one acoustic guitar and vocals.

Does anyone know how to get the UX-1 when set to Mic and Instrument inputs to recording on 2 seperate tracks in REAPER?

I think it maybe REAPER settings i need to change as I can set Gearbox up to use both inputs fine.
