excuse any of my spelling. im pretty new to recording and i was wondering if theres a system were u can record live and just plug a mixer into the system,possible?

If you mean plug a mixer into a computer then yes but they may not be your nest choices. Mackie Onyx ie 1220 ,1620 ,1640 has a nice firewire mixer that goes right into your computer, all you need is recording software. What is it exactly you want to do?
