Recorded sound very low volume

hey, im hearing my playbacks through my mixer via headphones, and it is very low, what can i do?

Perhaps you should keep all your questions in ONE thread. The answers you are getting in different threads are mostly the same. This way, people can keep track of things you tried and what others have suggested.

How are you recording your sound (mic, guitar, keyboard, VI's)?

If other than VI's how are you connecting your mic, guitar, or keyboard; what are the connectors on the cable and where are you plugging them in on your mixer?

If you are using a mic, is it a condenser mic? If it is a condenser mic, do you have phantom power turned on?

Are you sure you are using adequate levels while recording?
