Recorded on Tascam DP24 & mixed on Studio One 4

I still record on my 11 year old TASCAM DP24. But I am now mixing on Studio One 4...Can't believe I used to mix manually on that Digital Portastudio...Here's what I came up with

Great Vocal - reverby and dense - I wanted the drums and bass more prominent - neat track though.
 
Look, it's a great track and it's a great video, but they don't belong together. I am so sick of videos that don't match the sound I'm hearing. When you're singing against those white rocks, it's a powerful, arresting image. But it does not, not even remotely, match the sound that you recorded. It's a disjunct. You'd have been a light year ahead if you'd had the camera rolling in the room you recorded this in. And all those other people who do videos like this? They're getting it wrong, too.

it's still a great tune. Follow the music.
