Recorded Audio to Text

Hi guys. I just want to ask if someone here knows about a program that would convert my recorded audio (a documentary) into text so that I could print out a copy of it and give to the ones that I'm giving the CD. I'm too lazy to write what I'm saying so maybe a software that would subscribe my audio would be a big help. Thanks.

There is dictaphone software out there but it might be proprietary and work with a specific hardware capture device. Maybe start here?:

Dragon can probably do it, but you're only going to get about 95% accuracy.
