I have recorded an audio and searched for tutorials on how to do noise reduction but I reached a not high quality output, any suggestions?View attachment Quiz_12.mp3

Well - why do you think it's noisy? It certainly has a strange sound, and at the very end a kind of low frequency artefact, but it sounds band limited, low dynamic range possibly low bitrate - could be so many things, but there is no noise as such.

Explain how it was recorded - what mic, connected to what kit, and recorded by using what software - what settings did you choose - bit rate, bit depth, file type? Then we maybe can suggst something. How to do noise reduction isn't going to help?

Great
I used cool edit pro in recording with normal mic (samsung mobile hands free mic) on a lenovo laptop

22050 16 bit Mono
I did noise reduction to remove the background noise
then I used Hard limiting (default -1, 6, 7, 100)
then I used Dynamic Processing (Vocalcomp 8:1 -24 FastAttack
then I amplified the whole sound to 5 db
it seems to get the sound from the environment and this is included into sound or it seems to be compressed as I got (you are saving to a lossy format (I am saving to ACM Waveform (*.wav))
Any sugestions to remove the environment noise? Isn't there a way to remove recordings less than some db?
