Recordıng and post production studio worth 150.000$

Hey everyone, this is Ozan from Turkey. İ am plannın to building my own studio and i ve got 150.000$ budget. I got something on mind but still wanted get some ideas. What kinda equipments do you think i should use ?
 
What's "150.000$"? $150,000 US Dollars? Where are you? Do you have a building already? What experience do you have? There are professionals who design studios (some of them even come here).
 
I doubt he has 150,000 US Dollars lol probably $150. So aim for that budget when recommending equipment.

He's in Turkey, they use periods like we use commas for numerical designations. Maybe is really 150000 ankaras or something like that.
