Recommend me a good 8 channel usb 2.0 audio interface please

Assuming you want something with 8 mic preamps, TASCAM's USB2000 isn't too shabby...
 
You didn't give any indication on your price level.

I just went with Tascam's M164-UF mixer which has 10 tracks in via USB 2.0, and it's also a mixer at the same time! 490 USD / EUR, though it's a discontinued model at least Thomann in Europe carries it.
 
Tascam us-1641, us-1800, and us-2000 all get really good reviews. I've got the 1641 personally, and it's never failed me before. Good price for 8 XLR jacks too :)
