Hi,
Here is my problem: My Sunn 300T (now called Fender 300) has two problems.
1) Recently the input stage has failed (preamp valves are dead, power amp lights are fine, no input light) and i need this repaired. I'd do this locally but my local repairers won't touch do point 2.
2)Its a US amp and i would like the 110V mains transformer replaced with a UK 230V one (my outboard transformer hums and has a habit of tripping venue circuit breakers), plus whatever other components are required for operation at 230V.
Does anyone know of any top quality amp techs that can do this work in the Uk? Cost and distance is not really an object.
