Then maybe go form there about some kind of deal. Just an idea.

ummm.... you'll have to point out the "good mastering" part to me skippy, 'cos that clip isn't exactly helping you make your case -- I don't mean to be rude, but it sounds bloody awful..........cubanorocker316 said:i dont own a company but i do master and i have really good mastering, but if you pay you'll have to mail ma the money ill trust you since you sound trust worthy so heres a sample

It's sort of like passing by a bad accident, you don't want to look but morbid curiosity makes you take a peak. I wish I hadn't looked.cubanorocker316 said:i dont own a company but i do master and i have really good mastering, but if you pay you'll have to mail ma the money ill trust you since you sound trust worthy so heres a sample

Well... aside from the considerable skills an ME has, pro mastering requires a sophisticated listening environment that is generally quite beyond what a home-recordist has at their disposal.nuemes said:I've been told a few times that my home studio gets better results than local studios with Neve boards and mics collections considerably more impressive than mine that charge three times as much. I imagine the same could be the case for mastering depending on the person.

That's a ll fine and well, but if someone is new to it all and clearly has a lot to learn, then perhaps they shouldn't be calling themselves "good", no??Jonny Mumra said:Oh well at least he is trying.
