recodering question..christmas music

i wanted to do a christmas cd...but no time on my hand to do a full recording...isa there anywhere i can just get the music..and i could ad vioce and guitar or just voice?

You'll have to search for backing tracks...

www.guitarbt.com has backing tracks for a lot of songs, but I don't think they have any for Christmas ones...

I guess you could buy a cheap karaoke CD of popular christmas tunes. It's about the time of year they come out and (over here at least) they sell in petrol stations for like £2.

At one time, when MIDI song files were popular - there were lots of X-mas tunes (almost every standard you could want).

I'd be willing to bet that if you look at the back section of "Keyboard" magazine (where all the classified ads are) you could still find companies/sites offereing MIDI files.

Naturally - you would need one or more MIDI sound module
