I'm opening a recording studio soon and need some information on insuring my equipment. Does anyone know of anything that could help me? A website perhaps?

The company that provides insurance for your commercial facility, or your homeowners if you have a home studio, will gladly insure your recording equipment.
Generally they want photos, copies of the receipts, and a photo of the serial number plates on the units, then they will give you an "insured for" figure. You can then adjust it through negotiation if you wish.
