I could post this question on the Reason forums but I hate the layout over there, extremely horrible on the eye.

Anyway...

I'd like to use the pitch bend and modulation wheels with Subtractor but when I follow the commands on screen nothing happens.

My keyboard is an Evolution MK-449C.

Any tips would be appreciated.

And please be kind as I'm a newbie!

Is your keyboard working otherwise with Reason? If it is, then try right-clicking on the pitch/mod wheel, select "edit remote override mapping" and select the "learn" checkbox. Then move the wheel or pot on your keyboard you want to use to control it, and Reason will remember it.
Hope this helps!

Aye, my keyboard is fine with the rest :)

I done what you said and it still won't register if I turn the pitch wheel. It registers though when I hit a key...

Hmm... is it posible you need to assign the wheels within the controller? I've never used your model, I have a different M-Audio keyboard and it really was just plug-and-play with Reason, after I installed the drivers.

Hmmmmmm, could be I suppose :S

I'll need to hunt out the manual for it again lol.

Thanks for your help buddy :)
