Don't even try it yourself and don't go poking around inside too much.
These things are delicate and it takes a fine hand and the proper equipment to re-ribbon properly.
Stephen Sank does great work.
He took a beat up BK 5 and made it look and sound brand new and re-furbished a 74b to the same condition.
His web page details the conversions he does on Beyer and just about any other ribbon mics.
I don't hesitate to reccomend his work but I also reccomend Clarence Kane at Enak for a complete restoration he did on my 77DX.
AEA's Wes Dooley also is a pro at this.
 
Yeah, those are the usual suspects for ribbon repair.
They do great work without a doubt. Wes Dooley re-ribboned my 77DX some time ago.
