pdadda Captain Sea Boots Apr 11, 2004 #1 I am going to purchase an Audiophile 2496. It says it has 2 RCA input jacks. That IS different from 1/4 in right? What converter would I need to buy? Would the use of a converter mess with my signal?

Massive Master www.massivemastering.com Apr 12, 2004 #2 RCA are Phono-type inputs (while 1/4" are "Phone" type). You just need to convert whatever you're coming out of to RCA. Radio Shack, Guitar Center, etc. Good quality adapters will be pretty transparent as far as sound quality goes. John Scrip - www.massivemastering.com
